According to ISO 14001:2015 Galvair aims at a continuous environmental improvement.

GREEN TECHNOLOGIES

Galvair carries on daily concrete actions to minimize the impact of its activity on the environment, also by renovating the old machineries with the automatic ones. Our goal is to avoid completely substances that are hazardous both for the health and for the environment. For this reason, we support our customers’ R&D activity by making experience and know-how available. Through the years, we have tested and improved low-impact processes that will slowly substitute the treatments involved in the REACH regulation, such as:

Aluminum alloys’ CONVERSION in Cr3+
TARTARIC SULFURIC ANODIZING of the aluminum alloys
ZINC-NICKEL PLATING
WATER-BASED COATING

BEST PRACTICE

The investments made over the years now allow a best practice activity in the field of both green energy from solar panels and wastewater reduction resulting from filters’ regeneration. Furthermore, the creation of a recovery system for rainwater enables its reuse in the productive cycle, based upon appropriate treatment.
